| Please provide a detailed site map three weeks prior to a visit by the Rutgers Science Explorer showing the location where the bus is to be parked. Please keep the following in mind: |

The Rutgers Science Explorer scientists CANNOT move the bus. |
|
The bus must be parked on level pavement. |
|
The bus is 40-feet long, 9-feet wide, and 12.5-feet tall. |
|
Of course, the Rutgers Science Explorer CANNOT be parked in a fire zone or in handicapped spaces.

|
Students must have safe access to the passenger side entrance; please note that wheelchair access is via the rear door on the passenger side.

| On the evening before your scheduled visit, please clearly mark the parking site. Some of the ways to help ensure that the bus is parked in the correct spot include: |

- Hang a sign saying "Rutgers Science Explorer Park Here."
- Put traffic cones/workhorses around the perimeter of the parking spot.
- Mark the area off with yellow caution tape.
